The draw is open to all UK residents over 18, excluding employees and their families of Jack Daniel’s or Booker Group plc and their affiliated companies. By taking part in the promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules and any other requirements set. By entering this competition you give your permission for us to contact you via text regarding future BUZZ promotions and offers. The first 6 entries drawn after the closing date of 12 midnight 03/10/10, win a bottle of Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Whiskey and a JD T Shirt.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any defects whatsoever with respect to the prize. No purchase necessary, enter by texting Jack to 81066. Texts charged at standard network rates. The draw for the winners will take place on 06/10/10 by an independent judge. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed. No trade, third party or consumer group applications will be accepted. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
